SINGAPOREANS PAY TRIBUTE TO FOUNDING PRIME MINISTER LEE KWAN YEW

Thousands of people lined the streets of Singapore to view the funeral of its founding Prime Minister, Lee Kwan Yew, who died on Monday at the age of 91.
A state funeral attended by world leaders is taking place ahead of a private family cremation ceremony.
About a million people have visited tribute sites and more than half a million Singaporeans visited parliament house to see Mr. Lee’s coffin while others went to community sites to pay tribute.
