Rinji Bala: NAPSS Demands Justice, To Embark On Peaceful Protest

The National Association of Plateau State Students, (NAPSS) Nationa Body has condemned the gruesome Murder of One of it’s Student, Late RINJI UZZIEL BALA, whom until his unfortunate death was a 300 level Student of the department of history & international Studies Unijos.

An eyewitness and friend of the deceased who gave his name as Mr. Gwom, alleged that a soldier of the Nigerian Army opened fire at Bala.

“Myself and six others were whisked to Sector 1 headquarters of the Special Task Force near Jos Zaria Road stadium in a military patrol van.”

” They didn’t tell us our offence, but tortured us for over an hour before releasing us.”he said.

NAPSS President, Comrade Sean Hommulak called On the Appropriate Authorities to Provide the said Security Personnel’s before the expiration of the next 48 hours.

“I Stand with Million voices to say enough is enough, we are not objects of experiment, neither are our lives test tube for opportunistic security personnel.”

NAPSS, Wishes to Make the following demands;

  1. Call On the Appropriate Authorities to Provide the said Security Personnel’s before the expiration of the next 48 hours.
  2. Proper Constitutional investigation should be carried out on the culprits.
  3. The Prosecution of the Culprits Must be done to the Open for all to see as it will serve as a deterrence to Others.
  4. Damages Must be Paid to the Family of the deceased.

That, Uncompliance to the above Subject Matter after the expiration of this Notice, there Shall be a Massive Peaceful Protest by the entire Plateau State Students worldwide….
