Regulatory Agencies Urged To Check Proliferation Of Hazardous Cooking Oil

Regulatory Agencies have been urged to be alert to the proliferation of hazardous cooking oil in the market.
A media consultant, Mr Charles Ojugbana gave the advice at a forum organised for media professionals in Abuja.
Mr Ojugbana said this became necessary due to the health risk involved in the consumption of such oil.
Mr Ojugbana also adviced Nigerians to be conscious of the oil they buy to avoid damage to the body system.
He however called on government at all levels to ensure that those selling such oil are brought to book to serve as a deterrant to other unscrupulous persons in the country.
