Nigerian Army ‘Rescues Nearly 300’ From Sambisa Forest.

The Nigerian Army yesterday, cleared four key terrorists’ camps in Sambisa forest, Borno  State.

During the raid the troops rescued two hundred abducted girls and ninety three women.

The military said the girls and women were freed during major operations ending in the seizure of four Boko Haram camps in the Sambisa Forest.

They are presently being processed.

In a statement by the Acting Director Army  Public Relation, Colonel Sani Usman, the troop destroyed and cleared Sassa, Toku  Mbere and other camps in the general area of Alafa, all within the Sambisa forest.

Also, a number of equipment and weapons were recovered.
