Nigeria @57: MFM Cleric Urges Nigerians To Shun Acts Capable Of Promoting Disunity

Nigerians have been advised to avoid act capable of threatening the sovereignty and unity of the country.
The Senior Regional Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries northern region Pastor Felix Peters gave the advice today (Sunday) at a church service to commemorate Nigeria at 57 in Abuja.
He condemned situations where certain individuals and interest groups hide under the freedom of speech and association guaranteed in the 1999 Constitution to cause threat to the unity and sovereignty of the country.
Pastor Peters also urged the youths not to allow situation where Nigerians would fight one another.
The senior overseer who further explained that the future of the country lies in the hands of the youths, urged them to build a formidable nation.
Kapital FM correspondent Georgina Humphrey reports that the Senior Pastor also advised agitators to be mindful of the rights of others.
Pastor Peters however appeal to all Nigerians to pray for the leaders and peaceful coexistence in the country.
He advised all groups and individuals bent on pursuing their divisive activities that threaten national security, to have a rethink.
