Newly Elected Senator, Adeleke, Dances After Victory At The Polls (Video)

In case you missed it, this video has been trending because of the politician’s dance moves.

On Sunday Mr Ademola Adeleke of the PDP was announced as the winner of the Osun West Senatorial bye-election by INEC.

The winner, who is the younger brother of the late Sen. Isiaka Adeleke, had 97, 480 votes to defeat a former senator, Mudashiru Hussein of the APC, who had 66, 116 votes.

The candidate was so ecstatic that he broke into a dance.

Ademola Adeleke decided to contest after his brother, the serving senator under the APC, died supposedly from a drug overdose.

The APC’s loss is in spite of the support from the state government, Governor Rauf Aregbesola and the national headquarters of the ruling party.

The election was held in 10 local government areas making up the district and Adeleke won 9 out of the 10.
