Make-up business mogul, reality star and influencer, Kylie Jenner, is becoming the youngest self-made billionaire ever, ahead of Mark Zuckerberg, who became a billionaire at age 23, according to Forbes.
Aged just 20 and the youngest member of the extended reality-TV Kardashian clan, Kylie Jenner who is on the cover of the August edition of the American business magazine, is on the ‘America’s Richest Self-Made Women’ list.
The 20-year-old’s net worth has skyrocketed thanks to the success of Kylie Cosmetics. Forbes conservatively values the company at $800 million, with an estimated $330 million in sales last year. Jenner is both the face of the company and the sole owner.
The new mother of Stormi Webster came into limelight from her appearances in her family’s television show ‘Keeping up with the Kadarshians where she admitted during an episode in 2015 that her natural lips had been “an insecurity” that she wanted to change with temporary lip fillers.
She later launched her brand Kylie Cosmetics, which included a line of lip products designed to help customers make their lips look bigger through over-lining and filling.
The ranking, which is in its fourth year, collates America’s most successful self-made women entrepreneurs and executives as measured by their net worth.
