Kogi: Fidau Prayer Offered In Honour Of Late Justice Ajanah

The Sheik Grand Khalofa, Justice Mohammed Nurudeen has described death as the necessary end of all mortals.
He stated this in his admonition at the fidau prayer for the late Chief Judge of Kogi State, Justice Nasir Ajanah.
Justice Nurudeen said every mortal must taste death hence the need for good deeds and the fear of Allah while alive to secure aljanah.
He described the late Chief Judge as an upright man and prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
In his speech at the occasion, Governor Yahaya Bello urged the people of the State not to attribute the death of Justice Nasir Ajana to COVID-19 as being speculated in some quarters but that he died of natural ailment.
Governor Bello said the late Jurist was an epitome of knowledge whose death would be greatly missed by the family, the Judiciary and the State.
In a remark, the Acting Chief Registrar of the Kogi State High Court, Bamidele Aina and the State Commissioner of Information, Kingsley Fanwo both described Justice Nasir Ajana as a monumental loss to the State and the nation as large.
In his vote of thanks, the brother to the deceased, Kabiru Ajana said Justice Ajana words of wisdom and admonition as a brother and father would be greatly missed by the family.
