FORMER HEAD OF STATE ADVOCATES CREATION OF WEST AFRICA GOVERNMENT
Former Military Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon has advocated the need for the creation of a west Africa Government.
This is contained in a statement issued by Economic Communication, Mr. Haruna Warkani in Abuja.
The Statement quotes General Gowon as saying a Government that will work for the common good of the fifteen ECOWAS Countries is necessary to deal with any potential threat to the community.
The former Head of State notes that the democratic conduct of March twenty-eight Presidential Election won by Retired General Muhammed Buhari has shamed pessimists that Nigeria will break up in two thousand and fifteen.
