Breaking : Supreme Court Ajourns Imo Governorship’s Case By Ihedioha

The Supreme Court has adjourned the review of Judgement of governorship case filed by the former Imo state Governor Emeka Ihedioha and the people’s Democratic Party PDP, challenging the nullification of his election.

The seven man panel led by justice Mohammad Tanko adjourned hearing in request of Ihedioha’s counsel, Kanu Agabi’s plea for adjournment on the grounds that they needed more time to file some processes.

Without any objections from the 1st & 2nd appellant’s counsel Damien Dodo & T.M Inuwa, hearing was adjourned till 2nd of March.
