Super Eagles defender, Ogenyi Onazi has said the players were determined to play Saturday’s World Cup qualifier against Zambia with their body, soul and spirit to ensure they pick the three points that will qualify them for Russia 2018.
Onazi exuded confidence that the Coach Gernot Rohr-tinkered Eagles side will become the first African nation to book their place at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, with one game to spare.
The Super Eagles assistant skipper told the Nigerian Federation website that : ‘’’We will give all it takes as far as football is concerned. We will play like everything depends on us and pray like everything depends on God. We will not be distracted. We will get our three points on Saturday’’.
